Target shooting is a very safe sport that encourages and emphasizes coolness under pressure.
Precise marksmanship is required rather than physical force or high activity.
It is one of the few sports where men women and juniors compete on an equal footing.
It develops discipline, hand – eye co-ordination, concentration and self-control.
